Hello everyone hey check this out :>)

Everyone always asks, "How much you bench?" and now there is a place for your questions.

It also compares you to everyone on the site and ranks all three of your lifts. Be honest with your answers and some of the really good lifters will be able to help you increase your numbers by answering questions you have to ask in the forum. Hey there! Was crusing on Roccos site and saw your blog - I struggle sometimes with the idea of bench press - I love love love the squat and deadlift, but struggle to justify the bench as an exercise that has more benefits than risks.
